5): Why My tracking number is not working?

After Package has been shipped from SpeMall.com, it will usually take 1-3 business days to process by Post, Please wait a little more time and try again later.

6) Can you estimate the delivery time to my destination?

By DHL, UPS or FedEx, it usually takes 3-5 working days to most of countries among the world, and EMS takes 5-7 working days. Hongkong post or China post takes 10-18 working days.

7) How do I know the shipping cost directly before I order?

Pls click: ”Shipping cost” button, which is on the right side of description for each product, and then choose your destination country, shipping cost, shipping method, and shipping time details will be displayed there.

8) when I need to tell for you to mark exactly my invoice ordered tablets as 18usd for each? do I need to specify it before I will make order or after?

9) If my product meets custom check, what should I do?

For free shipping without tracking NO., we post your packages mostly by China Post air mail, the estimated time is 20 -40 working days, and it reach all the countries and regions in the world.

2, The limitation of free shipping, Reg mail and standard shipping
For single product with weight more than 2 kgs, it can not be shipped by air mail(China post or Singapore post or Hongkong post), as air mail only ships each package below 2 kgs. But if you place many items, and each item’s weight is under 2kgs, no matter the total weight, you can still choose free shipping, and we will split your order into several parcels.
